Islam: threatened?

Islam is the world’s second-largest religion. It is one of the fastest-growing religions in the world. Islam is poised to become the world’s largest religion at some point, especially when one considers self-identification and activity. Part of Islam’s numerical strength is that its people are multiplying at a great rate. Muslims take great pride these facts. They are even used to try to convince non-Muslims that Islam must be the true religion. If non-Muslims don’t listen, at least these facts serve to assuage their worries and stroke their pride in being Muslim.

And yet if one listens to most Islamic demogogues (including in this most clerics), one might imagine Islam would be wiped out tomorrow. Read the rest of this entry »
